Application Engineering
Our experienced application engineers are available to assist our customers with sizing and selection of control valves, manual and actuated process valves and level instrumentation. We use a combination of our experienced staff and the latest software to ensure the product selection is suitable for your application whilst maintaining a commercially attractive package.
Order Management
Systems are in place to ensure your order is monitored and tracked through the entire process, whether it is for one valve or the supply of valves for even the largest of projects. Our aim is to make sure your technical and commercial requirements are fully met.
A dedicated contact will be appointed to keep you informed on the progress of your equipment from the time your order or contract is in place until delivery.
Project Management / Documentation Control
Fluid Control Sales has a dedicated Project Management team to review project details and manage all activities throughout the life of your project. Our documentation process provides an effective data transmittal management system. This ensures prompt release of documents for approval and preparation of manufacturers and vendor data reports. A dedicated project manager will be appointed to ensure that all specifications and project deadlines are met.
Assembly, Service and Function Testing
Our Modern Office and Workshop located in Eagle Farm has the capability of fully assembling valve and actuator packages, including fitting and calibrating solenoid valves, switches, positioners, feedback transmitters and many other accessories to valve packages. All equipment is then fully function tested prior to dispatch. Our qualified trades people can also service your valves in our workshop and are on hand to provide assistance during installation and commissioning.
