Valtek® control products represent a broad range of high performance control valves - as well as advanced digital communication products for use on valves. The Valtek control valve line includes globe, rotary eccentric disc, rotary eccentric plug, segmented ball, and severe service valves.

Valtek control valves are specifically designed and manufactured for reliability, long life, parts inter- changeability, and ease of maintenance - all resulting in superior life-cycle costs. They come equipped with double-acting spring cylinder actuators that provide the thrust and speed necessary to manage any service.

Valtek digital (HART ® , Modbus and FOUNDATION™ fieldbus) and analog positioners provide the accuracy and response to handle the most exacting applications. And, Valtek severe service valves have been used industry-wide to effectively reduce or eliminate the harmful effects of high pressure drops, cavitation, flashing, gaseous and hydrodynamic noise, high velocities, extremely erosive services, and severe vibration.

Only Flowserve offers the Valtek intelligent system for control valves - the only true 'smart valve' package available today that includes process sensors, a microprocessor- based controller and a highly accurate digital positioner mounted on a high performance control valve. The Valtek intelligent system allows local single- loop measurement and control of flow, pressure and temperature. It also provides real-time system analysis, data acquisition, predictive maintenance, system warnings, and remote service.
