Flowserve's AutoSize ® sizing and selection program provides a complete set of tools for selecting quarter-turn automation equipment. AutoSize effortlessly calculates the optimal pneumatic actuator for a quarter-turn valve based on torque requirements and supply pressure. In addition, utilities for sizing air accumulator tanks, calculating automated package operating

speeds, and estimating "hot line distances' for high temperature valves are included within AutoSize. The program also includes torque tables for quarter-turn valves and a convenient unit conversion program.

offers the user exceptional sizing capabilities for most common types of linear and rotary valves. Automated Drawing System- Assembly Drawing Software for Quarter-turn Packages

Flowserve's Automated Drawing System (ADS) is a comprehensive computer-aided drafting software system that creates custom engineering assembly drawings for quarter-turn automated valve packages.

The user selects the desired quarter-turn equipment and any special requirements through the local program, and sends this request by e-mail to the Flowserve ADS server. The server then generates a customized drawing and returns the file to the user via e-mail within minutes.
